For over 25 years, Rockaway Home Care, a division of Foundation for the Elderly, has provided home care services across New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland counties. They currently staff over 2885 licensed caregivers who assist over 4269 happy clients.

At the onset of the pandemic, Rockaway Home Care found themselves turning away patients due to staffing shortages. While applications for caregivers continued to come in, office closures made it increasingly difficult for applicants to complete the onboarding & orientation, a process which typically required up to six in-person office visits.
